Seymour Duncan APS-2RwRp "Alnico II Pro Flat" pickup for Stratocaster®. Reverse-wound/reverse-polarity for hum canceling middle position. Working closely with pro musicians, Seymour developed the APS-1 for discriminating Strat® players. Alnico II magnets are the musical magnets. Their softer magnetic field provides a warmer, sweeter tone and eliminates the brittle, glassy sound associated with newer instruments. The result is a freer, more natural string vibration for true tones with greater sustain. Will distort “earlier” compared to similar Alnico 5 equipped pickups. The equal length pole pieces are ideal for modern flat radius necks and strings with an unwound "G". Includes wiring diagram and mounting screws. Made in the USA.
